A space to reconnect
with yourself, with
what matters
Pain is part of being human. It means you care, you love, and you feel. But sometimes, we get caught in it and lose sight of ourselves and what brings us meaning.
This is a space to welcome all that you’re carrying, and begin exploring what might be possible beyond the pain.
Sometimes
Difficult thoughts, emotions, and memories
can take up a lot of space
At times, it can feel intense, limiting, and as if it’s spilling into every part of your life. You might feel like your emotions are steering your life in ways that don’t truly support you—pulling you further from what matters most.
My aim is to offer a space where we can begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing—with care and respect—while supporting you in learning how to live with your emotions and experiences in a way that feels lighter, more open and flexible, and guided by what’s most meaningful to you.
Hello, I’m
Adriana de Azambuja
I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and I believe therapy should be a space of safety, openness, and respect—a place where what you’re going through can be met with care.
My approach is grounded in Contextual Behavioral Therapies, especially Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which guide the way I support clients and offer evidence-based ways of navigating difficult experiences, thoughts, and emotions.
In therapy, I work from a place of warmth, empathy, and genuine curiosity—without judgment. My role is to walk alongside you, supporting you in exploring new ways of relating to yourself and your experience, and in moving toward a life that feels more fulfilling.

What my clients
have said about the process
“I felt understood from the beginning of therapy. Over time, I started to understand myself better and recognize patterns in how I react to things. That made it easier to begin making changes I had been wanting for a while, instead of just thinking about them.”
James R.
College Student
“Before starting therapy, I would always put other people’s needs ahead of my own without even noticing it. Through the process, I became more aware of that and started to take steps in a new direction. I’ve learned to give more importance to what matters to me and make choices that also take care of myself.”
Belinda L.
College Student
“I didn’t expect much at first because I had already tried other types of therapy. This felt different. It wasn’t about constantly analyzing my past or trying to ‘fix’ my emotions. It was more about how I respond to them, and that actually made things change outside of sessions too.”
Mark H.
College Student
“The biggest shift for me was getting back into things I had stopped doing. Even when I still felt off or anxious, I wasn’t waiting for the feeling to go away first. I started showing up again in my life instead of putting everything on hold.”
