About me

About me

I also chose this path after going through therapy myself at a young age. I experienced such meaningful changes in how I related to myself and to my life, and it led me to want to understand how and why that process worked, and to be able to offer the same to others.

In therapy, I aim to create a space that’s genuine, calm, and collaborative. I’m here to listen, understand, and work with you to notice what’s getting in the way, make room for difficult experiences, and take steps toward the life you want to build.

Studies and Qualifications

I hold two master’s degrees — one in Contextual Therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Functional Analytic Therapy (FAP) from the Madrid Institute of Contextual Psychology (MICPSY), and another in General Health Psychology from Universidad Internacional de la Rioja. I also completed two bachelor’s degrees: one in Clinical Psychology at Universidad de Lima, and another in Psychology with a focus on Clinical and Health Psychology at Universitat Abat Oliba CEU.

I am a Registered and Licensed Psychologist in Spain (Colegio de Psicólogos de Cataluña) and a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Peru (Universidad de Lima).

I continue to learn through ongoing involvement in study groups, workshops and regular clinical supervision with therapists I trust and respect in the field.
