Acerca de m\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve always been drawn to understanding what it means to be human \u2014 why we act the way we do, and how, even in the midst of pain, we can still find meaning and move toward what matters most. That curiosity became the foundation of my work as a psychologist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also chose this path after going through therapy myself at a young age. I experienced such meaningful changes in how I related to myself and to my life, and it led me to want to understand how and why that process worked, and to be able to offer the same to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In therapy, I aim to create a space that\u2019s genuine, calm, and collaborative. I\u2019m here to listen, understand, and work with you to notice what\u2019s getting in the way, make room for difficult experiences, and take steps toward the life you want to build.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I care deeply about honesty, curiosity, and connection \u2014 and I see therapy as a place where you can be yourself, without pressure or judgment.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Studies and Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n

I hold two master\u2019s degrees \u2014 one in Contextual Therapies<\/strong>, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)<\/strong>, Mindfulness, and Functional Analytic Therapy (FAP) from the Madrid Institute of Contextual Psychology (MICPSY), and another in General Health Psychology from Universidad Internacional de la Rioja. I also completed two bachelor\u2019s degrees: one in Clinical Psychology at Universidad de Lima, and another in Psychology with a focus on Clinical and Health Psychology at Universitat Abat Oliba CEU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a Registered and Licensed Psychologist<\/strong> in Spain (Colegio de Psic\u00f3logos de Catalu\u00f1a) and a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Peru (Universidad de Lima).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
